I have been practising yoga with a touch of pilates with Karen for a few years now and love it. The classes are personalised and never repeated, all classes flow beautifully from one pose to the next.
I struggle with my left shoulder and Karen constantly introduces new exercises to help improve my flexibility in my shoulder. I am amazed at the progress I have made with Karen in every session. When I leave my yoga class I feel ready for whatever my day entails.
