I do understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment. Please may I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you cannot attend as I may have a waiting list for appointments. 

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your treatment.
